Authorization (Section 6)
Users have granular toggles to give or withdraw consent for specific purposes. Withdrawing consent is as simple as toggling a switch.
Compliance Ledger (Section 8)
Every consent grant, change, or withdrawal generates a cryptographic SHA-256 integrity hash, verifying that the audit trail has not been tampered with.
Deletion & Rectification (Section 11)
Data Principals can submit correction or erasure (Right to be Forgotten) requests. When approved, personal information is immediately purged.
Grievance Redressal Desk (Section 12)
A direct ticketing channel to contact the nominated Grievance Officer, ensuring speedy resolution of queries as mandated by law.
